Stuffed Pizza Bites

I am so glad I found this recipe!  My boys had so much fun making these with me.  We all got to stuff our own little dough with our favorite toppings.  The picky one only stuffed his with a block of cheese.  But even the cheese ones were good!  I loved how this switched up our normal pizza night.  We all devoured these because they tasted so good!  This is a recipe everyone should have!

Things that I changed:  I kept the recipe the same. I used 2 cans of the Pillsbury biscuit dough (20)  because I used a round pie pan.  Fit perfectly.
Things I would do differently next time: Nothing
Will I make these again?  My boys are already begging for more!
Recipe from: Riches to Rags

Ingredients:
3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 biscuits per can)
56 pepperoni slices (or favorite pizza toppings)
Block of cheese (Colby & Monterey Jack or Cheese Stick)
1 beaten egg
Parmesan Cheese
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
1 jar pizza sauce (To dip the bites in)

Cut the block of cheese into at least 28 squares.
Flatten a biscuit out and stack pepperoni and cheese on top.
Gather up the edges of the biscuit.
Line the rolls up in a greased 9x13 in. pan.  Brush with beaten egg.  Sprinkle with parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.  Bake at 425°F for 18-20 minutes.
Serve the rolls with warm pizza sauce for dipping.

  4. I cooked mine for 20 minutes and the dough was far from done. I had to put them back in the oven for another 20 minutes. Not sure what happened???

    1. That is so strange! Make sure that the oven was set to the right temp at 425. Also try using a thermometer in your oven to make sure that it is reaching the right temp. Mine only take 15 minutes and the tops are pretty brown and perfectly cooked! Good luck and let me know if they turn out next time! :)
